///Beckley Morris was able to broker an off market transaction between a Firebird Restaurant Group and Wilks Development for the purchase of Advancial Tower located in white hot Uptown submarket of Dallas overlooking Klyde Warren Park and The Dallas Arts District, a 147,000 square foot 17 story mixed use property. Our deal making in the immediate area allowed us to identify a unique opportunity that was overlooked by the market.

NYLO HOTEL

We sourced the ideal property according to clients stringent specifications in Las Colinas ‘ white hot hotel market with no DCURD, a mandatory tax assessment which if applied would have invalidated the business case for expansion. This was NYLO’’s first entry into the market.
